How the workflow operates
At the start of each term, the administrator sets up the fee schedule — each fee type and its amount for each class level. When a parent makes a payment, the bursar records it in Clasra and prints or sends a digital receipt. The student's balance updates instantly. Parents with outstanding fees can be sent SMS reminders through the parent communication module. Management can view total collections, outstanding balances, and fee collection rates at any time.

Is there a limit to the number of fee types we can configure?
