How the workflow operates
When a discipline incident occurs, the teacher or duty master logs it in Clasra with a description, the students involved, and the category of behaviour. The system records the date and staff member automatically. The headmaster reviews and approves any formal disciplinary action. If the incident warrants a parent notification, it is sent through the communication module and the response is logged. Students with recurring incidents appear on a monitoring list so proactive support can be arranged.
